Hi does any one know if the doctor will want a sperm sample to diagnose an underactive thyroid?

If he does, you better check to see his license :)

I've been to 10,000 thyroid docs by now and not one has ever needed a sperm count.

They might roll your boys around and check for hypogonadism - small balls basically - a function of low testosterone - an effect of low thyroid.

If anything they will do a routine testosterone blood test if they are concerned with anything down there.
