Anyone out there who is on Armour having trouble adjusting dose? Right now I just went down from alternating 4(2grains) to 3 3/4 to just the 3 3/4 was not having any symptoms until today. I have been at this dose for a week. I am wondering if I need to go back to the alternating dose. Any comments? My last bloods test was my Tsh was .01 (low I know) and T3 was 4.6 this was High. At that time I was taking 4 1/4. Now I am down to 3 3/4 but I feel symptoms. Thanks for the help

Low TSH means dose is too high. Over medicated can cause hyper symptoms as well as being under medicated can cause hypo symptoms. If our levels are not correct for us to where we feel our best, symptoms might not be thyroid related.

High T3 is normal consequences of Armour, due T3 ratio (to T4) being higher in Armour.
