Take more vitamins and minerals, Eat less fat and cholesterol. Avoid the cholesterol, which may reduce your risk of heart disease So do not skip breakfast it may be more important than you think.

Good posting.
I think breakfast is very important for health.
I saw that mostly people does not take breakfast
and they feel some troubles in mid afternoon.
I think we should not miss any breakfast.
I eat 2 pieces of toasts with some yogurt.

Healthy breakfast is good for health and one must eat healthy breakfast in the morning the more you eat healthy you will be healthy to complete your tasks.
