Hi. I am a man 21 years old. I had a partial thyroidectomy 40 days ago and am now in the territory of hypothyroidism. Currently my weight is 58kg (128lb) and height is 1.79m (70''), BMI is 18.1, I'm still under weight because of hypothyroidism. I gained 4 pounds since thyroidectomy. I'm on 75 mcg of levothroid and I feel much better but my legs hurt a bit.

I wish had muscles and feel better, so I want to exercise and eat a healthy diet. What exercises should I do? What should I avoid eating? What foods are good for me? Soy is bad for me?:confused0003:

I am taking calcium, vitamin d and a MultiVitamin.

Thank you very much for responding

Miguel

I think you should eat much high protein things
like green leaf veges and fresh fruits and do any exercise.

I think yes, you must eat a properly balanced diet with the inclusion of plenty of water, fiber, fruits and vegetables. Have a Regular exercise that includes both cardio and weight training. Building muscle is a great way to feel better and improve your metabolism and burn fat.
