I got hospitalized last year for my thyroid after begging my primary to listen to me, I had a lump in my throat and felt awful. Got my COVID booster and when I complained it grew a week later; got blown off saying it was probably a symptom of my booster. Queue a week later I bent down to get tie my shoes and my heart rate jumped from 81 to 192 (thank you Apple Watch) went to the hospital, had to get a shot in the ass for all the pain I was in. I legit had a thyroid storm.
Lots of drawn blood later and so many fucking symptoms and still feeling like I’m faking it.

I’m almost a year into this, they told me it was thyroiditis I went to my specialist and she just throws in “oh and it should’ve gone back to normal by now youre going to be feeling like this the rest of your life.” And that “people fall through the cracks all the time with this”

what?! How is this how we treat people?!

Yes this is exactly how many thyroid patients are treated. After 25 years of utter nonsense and terrible health, I ended up with a Concierge Doctor that costs me a fortune. But they run the labs in house, recognize that I'm paying them above and beyond a normal office visit, and I've been able to get treatment.

There is an association between the Mrna vaccines and autoimmune thyroid problems. I believe all vaccines involve the immune system. It stands to reason that C19 vaccines are associated with an immune response that might not be ideal for those with certain autoimmune diseases. Especially if they are in remission.

I've moved 3 times fairly recently and have gone through 3-4 primaries each time till I got one I liked. The last two have been associated a big hospital... not sure how that works, but it's in their name.
