I would like to share with you the importance of the liver in dealing with your thyroid issues.

Not only this is where the T4 to T3 hormone conversion takes place but the liver is also responsible for the elimination of excess steroid hormones like estrogen which interferes with the thyroid.

You can join us this April 18th at 8pm EST, though we will be recording the call for later playback, too.

You can listen to it here: www.ThyroidDietCoach.com/CommunityCalls

What you will learn:

  • What does the liver do for us?
  • What are the early signs of a sluggish liver?
  • How is your liver responsible for your hormonal balance, skin, cholesterol levels and so much more.
  • Why is the liver so key in thyroid health?
  • What food supports and cleanses the liver?
  • The liver is the only organ that has the ability to self-regenerate. All we have to do is give it some support and loving.

Best, Magdalena.
