Hi I'm Brian. Had a question. I've been trying to figure my free T3 to reverse T3. I had my primary test my thyroid which my doctors in the past where only testing TSH. I've had a history of health problems for the past 11 years and I was just on a medication that said it can mess with your thyroid. I've been off that medication for three months now and thought I should pressure my primary into doing a more thorough thyroid test. I did the test about a week ago and got the results but don't see my doctor for a couple more weeks so I was trying to do a little investigation myself. So the free T3 was 2.7 measured in pg/mL and my reverse T3 was 38 measured in ng/dL. I don't know if I'm just not comprehending how to convert these measurements or what. I thought I did it right with a ratio of 7.1 i think pg/mL. Not sure if I did it right . If this ratio is right is it high? Any help would be great or I just wait to see my doctor. Sorry for not getting straight to the question. Thank you.
