Received BW high TSH

Hi. I always had an enlarged thyroid but my levels have been WNL. I went for a physical and bloodwork indicated TSH 7.88. T4 was normal didn’t see T3. These results were on the portal so I m waiting to hear back from MD . I have a sono set up but I’m starting to do research . I hear at lot of negative stuff about Synthroid. Assuming it is hypothyroidism has anyone taken the natural route for treatment? Of course I have to speak with the doctor but a little nervous waiting.
