I have an FNA scheduled for next Friday on a complex nodule with microcalcifications measuring 1.9cm and am freaking out about that but am starting to wonder if other issues I've been having could point to cancer. The right side of my neck is more swollen and stiff to the touch than the left, possibly lymph nodes? Also, I have been having sinus pain and pressure on the right side, even in my teeth and jaw, off and on for the past few months. Has anyone had this type of sinus issue with thyroid cancer?
